With a background in project management, Omar uses industry tools and practical systems to track progress and optimise performance to ensure clients meet their fitness objectives. Omar has provided strength training programs to clients from a range of backgrounds, competed in local powerlifting events and delivered boxing coaching at a variety of skill levels. He has a passion for wellness, performance and productivity, and is able to apply real-world data and science-based training protocols to always deliver results.
